1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pro Matka website (promatka.com) and all related services ("Services") operated by Pro Matka Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm you are of legal gambling age and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
3. Account Registration

All deposits are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH) or approved fiat payment methods. Pro Matka does not accept stolen funds or funds from illegal activities. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). We reserve the right to delay or cancel withdrawals pending verification. Transaction fees may apply.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonuses at any time. Attempting to abuse or exploit bonuses will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use bots, scripts or automated tools. You may not collude with other players. You may not use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions. You may not launder money or use proceeds of illegal activity. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
7. Responsible Gambling
We are committed to responsible gambling. We offer tools including deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Matka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Comoros (Anjouan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Anjouan courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of our Services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
